Welding, also known as fusion, is a manufacturing process and technology for joining metals by heating, high temperature or high pressure. Our factory mainly uses argon arc welding.
Polishing refers to the use of polishing tools and abrasive particles or other polishing media to modify the surface of a workpiece to obtain a smooth surface or mirror gloss. A polishing wheel is usually used as a polishing tool. Our factory uses both manual polishing and machine polishing, so that every part of the handle can be finely polished.
Engraving refers to the use of CNC engraving machine to engrave metal. The engraving speed is fast and the accuracy is high. Therefore, all the handles in our factory can be customized with Logo, patterns, text, etc.
Electroplating is the process of plating a thin layer of other metals or alloys on the surface of certain metals using the principle of electrolysis. It is the process of using electrolysis to attach a metal film to the surface of a metal or other material to prevent metal oxidation (such as rust), improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectivity, corrosion resistance (copper sulfate, etc.) and enhance aesthetics. The handles produced by our factory can be electroplated into many colors.
